The accessibility guidelines describe how people with disabilities can gain better access to web content. The websites should be designed in such a way that they comply with the national legislation implementing EU Directive 2016/2102.

Not only browsers, but also special technical tools for using websites are constantly evolving. We are also continuously optimizing our websites for these tools. Conciliation body
Since September 23, 2019, an arbitration board has been attached to the office of the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony. If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option, you can submit an application there to initiate conciliation proceedings in accordance with the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG): schlichtungsstelle@ms.niedersachsen.de
