In the group... it becomes possible to understand you and your baby with your respective, often different needs and feelings.

In the group... it becomes possible for you and your baby to experience yourselves in a variety of new ways within the protected framework of togetherness.

Parents in balance

Relaxation & exchange for parents and parents-to-be

Treat yourself to some time out, recharge your batteries and find your inner balance!
Everyday life as (expectant) parents can be wonderful, but also challenging. Body and mind are often under strain and there is little time for yourself. Regular relaxation, learning relaxation techniques and sharing with other parents are valuable resources for finding inner balance.
Not only you as a parent, but also your family will benefit if you learn to calm down and reduce stress. In this course, we will practise techniques such as sound journeys, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques and meditation together, which can be easily integrated into everyday life.

When: Every Tuesday, 11:00 - 12:15
