Family midwives and early help specialists

The birth of a child can be a particular challenge in an already stressful life situation. In this case, a specially trained early help specialist, such as a family midwife or a health and pediatric nurse, can offer a helpful form of support in the first year of the child's life.

You've come to the right place if you:

- still feel very young and inexperienced
- are a single or single parent
- are new to the city or country
- are unhappy or overwhelmed
- are suffering from addiction
-are affected or threatened by domestic violence
- if your child was born prematurely, is not healthy or has died
- if your pregnancy or parenthood does not feel right
- if you need more or longer support than your midwife can provide

You will receive support from the early help specialists who will visit you at home. They will accompany you and answer questions about parenthood until your child's first or third birthday.
This service is free of charge. The colleagues look forward to meeting you.
